Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Hotel Dona Palace was truly nice, thanks to its fantastic location near San Marco's Square and the charming atmosphere throughout. The room I had overlooked the canal, providing lovely views, though I did notice some signs of wear in the decor. The breakfast selection was ample, featuring hot and cold items, but the hot food could have been served at a better temperature. Overall, the attentive staff and the beautiful setting made my visit good.
I recently stayed at Hotel Dona Palace and while I loved the charming atmosphere and central location, I encountered some hiccups. My initial room was stunning, but we had an issue with water leakage, which was frustrating. The breakfast spread was impressive with delicious pastries and even prosecco, but the wifi was spotty at times. Overall, it has very nice potential but could use a little improvement in service consistency.
I had a lovely stay at Hotel Dona Palace, where the location was absolutely perfect for exploring Venice. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring I felt welcomed throughout my visit. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which was one of the best I've had in Italy. However, I found the Royal Suite I chose to be a bit too dark for my liking, although this is more about personal preference than a flaw in the hotel. Overall, I would definitely return, just in a different room next time.
Hotel Dona Palace offers a stunning location just minutes from St. Mark's Square, which makes it perfect for sightseeing in Venice. The services, particularly the staff's friendliness, were really good and really enhanced my stay. However, my room, while clean and comfortable, wasn't quite as grand as the promotional images suggested, which was a bit disappointing.
My stay at Hotel Dona Palace was a good mix of luxury and comfort. The location is spot-on, just a hop away from St Mark's Square, making it super easy to explore the city. However, I did have a bit of a hiccup with the transportation arrangement when I arrived, which put a damper on the start of the trip. Overall, I found the hotel charming and the staff incredibly helpful, making it a nice experience.
